Legal advice of all areas / employees on legal issues arising in the Taunus Sparkasse, in particular in banking law, general civil and economic law with special emphasis on credit and credit security law, consumer law, AGB law and company law independent creation of tailor-made and implementable solution proposals and individual contractual designs in team-internal coordination Represent the legal interests of Taunus Sparkasse to third parties, customers and their legal advisers Check potential legal risks for the Taunus Sparkasse and, where possible and necessary, initiate risk-reducing measures
