Service Manager Group IT (m/f/d)

You advise our internal customers on the introduction, development and optimization of ITSM processes (e.g. incidents, problems and changes). In addition, you analyze existing IT service and support structures and identify optimization potentials. Design and implement ITSM frameworks (e.g. ITIL) according to the requirements of our customers. You support the international introduction and configuration of our central ESM tool in our business units. You will also set up process documentation, guidelines and operating models. In addition, you will see the interface between IT, departments and external service providers.

You have successfully completed your studies of (economic) computer science or other technical training. You already have experience in the analysis, modeling and optimization of IT processes according to ITIL. You also have a strong understanding of IT organizations, operating models and support structures. The handling of ITSM tools such as Matrix42 is also natural for you. You can speak German and English fluently - other languages are of advantage. Communication skills, sound technical understanding, a precise, conscientious working style and a safe occurrence in escalation cases complete your profile.
