They create budget and financial planning, annual accounts and forecasts, as well as official statistics for the hospital action field. They develop reportings, plan and actual comparisons as well as deviation analyses. They actively participate in target agreement processes for the management of the department and have the responsibility for the holistic reporting system. They develop control-relevant controlling instruments and specialist information systems. As part of your activity, you also work with data management, adjacent performance areas and the central control area. In addition, you will create decision-making templates for the specialist department manager and will assist them.

They have a successfully completed degree in the field of economics, health economics, business informatics or mathematics, ideally with a focus on controlling or a comparable qualification. They ideally have 2 years of professional experience in controlling (e.g. in financial controlling in clinics) and have ready-to-use knowledge in hospital law. But professional beginners are also welcome. They work safely with SAP R/3, Excel (including VBA) and the common MS Office products. In addition, you are characterized by analytical skills and a systematic-methodic way of working. Communication strength and a high degree of self-initiative complete your profile.
