For our customers we are looking for a service technician (m/w/d) for packaging machines in the global field service.

You mount and operate our packaging machines as well as complex plants in the Memmingen area. You are taking over assembly, commissioning and repair work with customers on site worldwide. You adapt machine controls, carry out test runs and start the associated documentation. You validate and qualify the equipment at the customer and implement maintenance and repair work according to plan. You train the customer's operating personnel and analyze as well as correct potential vulnerabilities.

You have a completed training in mechanical engineering and teach basic skills in electrical engineering or programming. You have experience in the assembly of machinery and equipment and are 50% ready to travel worldwide. You work flexibly, independently and structured. You live near the site (100 km around Memmingen) or are ready to move. Your knowledge of German and English is very good in word and writing.

Benefits: 50,000 € 65,000 per year, plus overtime remuneration (22.5 %) and additional compensation for stays abroad. Working time: 38.5 hours/week, regular home flights for international projects possible. Travel activity: about 50%, mainly in Europe, partly overseas awaits you a direct holiday at our value-adding customer. .
