You are responsible for the field of construction engineering You continuously develop the department's strategy in terms of personnel, sales and economics With your team, you are responsible for the order acquisition and the costing and creation of offers, negotiate orders and override all crucial operational tasks – from construction processing to handing over the finished construction performance to the customer You observe the market and competition, develop new sales fields and customers and build existing customer relationships

You have completed a degree in the field of civil engineering / architecture / economic engineering with field of construction or comparable training You are familiar with public building law, VOB and HOAI You are also fundamentally qualified and calculatorically experienced You are a leading person who communicates sovereignly and addressably at all levels and brings the ability and motivation to the long-term expansion and expansion of customer relationships You want to take responsibility and make yourself independent, are a dedicated team player, think analytical and conceptual and at the same time in pragmatic solutions
