You relieve the management administratively and organizationally through a proactive office management. With your communicative and professional way, you will ensure a smooth flow of information. You organize the office souvenir: You manage digital and analogue documents, coordinate internal and external appointments, meetings and take over the coordination of signatures as well as repository.
