• With your professional expertise, you will lead the team in the field of Direct Sales and will be responsible for the effective management.
• You will take care of the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve sales targets and the training and coaching of the team members to optimize their sales capabilities.
• In your position, you keep everything in mind: including checking sales activities and results, as well as creating reports for management.
• As a team player, you will be able to work with other internal teams to ensure smooth handling of sales processes.
• Last but not least, you will take care of the care and development of customer relationships, as well as the identification of new business opportunities.

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Complete studies in the field of business management, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification
• Multiannual experience in B2B sales, ideal in software
• Good knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
• Ideally first leadership experiences
