In the global People & Organsational Development Department we jointly develop and shape the overarching People & Organizational Development strategy alignment with our organization's business strategy and organizational priorities. In our Team Talent & Performance Management, we are co-responsible for the development of the global, interlinked processes for Performance & Talent Management and Succession Planning. You will contribute to the development of an integrated ZEISS Talent & Performance Management portfolio.

Your role develop and enhance talent, performance and succession-related processes

drive the design and implementation of future-oriented, innovative talent and performance initiatives that promote employee development, engagement, high performance

develop and implement global talent strategies to identify, grow, and retain top talent across regions

design succession planning frameworks that build a strong talent pipeline to ensure business continuity and leadership readiness

align global performance systems with business goals to drive high performance. Ensure consistency in evaluation performances by using globally identical tools and criteria to assess employee contributions and potential

co-responsible for the digital implementation of the global processes on internal platform

close collaboration with various stakeholders to link performance outcomes to development opportunities and support change management in the (business) implementation

provide hands-on support of all project related tasks, e.g.creating training material for the business, translations, HR support

Proven experience in the creation of business-oriented, global talent & performance processes and relevant experience in their digital implementation in complex / matrix setups

Proven experience in steering, monitoring and improving processes, as well as balancing KPIs and data and translating insights into actionable improvement plans in a global matrix environment

Strong competency in independently leading projects, including navigating complex stakeholder maps and change management.

Passionate team-player, with strong analytical skills combined with a can-do mentality as well as assertiveness and pragmatism (hands-on mentality)

Experience within a corporate organization with different stakeholders

Very high intercultural sensitivity combined with excellent proficiency in English (business fluent, team language)
