Implementation and further development of our LEAN@GOLDBECK strategy and support in establishing a single Lean Mindset Creation, implementation and further development of methods and tools of Lean Construction in cooperation with Lean experts Support and support of the construction projects in the testing of newly developed Lean Construction tools First contact person for the Lean experts and for the users of the Lean Construction tools at our construction sites Collection, preparation and communication of best practice solutions and recommendations for action for successful application of the Lean methods and tools (e.g. in the field of planning and dimensioning of the construction site equipment and delivery strategies, construction of a timing and control etc.) Communication and training on the methods and tools of Lean Construction for users

Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture, economic engineering or comparable qualification with corresponding knowledge Insufficient professional experience in construction / project management, ideally of turnkey projects First Lean knowledge of Lean Construction methods and tools High analytical skills and solution competence Interest in handling new digital tools Structured and team-oriented operation as well as pronounced communication and moderation strength Ideally experience in the design and implementation of process improvements and the monitoring of change processes as well as good knowledge in timing and control Readiness to travel to our GOLDBECK locations in the Northeast region
