(FH) or Bachelor (B.Eng./B.Sc.) of the Department of Supply Technology (HKLS) or in a comparable adequate discipline or a successfully completed qualification for the state-tested technician in the field of supply technology, with proven relevant expertise required for the workplace due to theoretical training and at least 5-year practical experience relevant long-term professional experience (from 3 years) well-founded knowledge of all requirements and applicable laws / regulations / guidelines on the legally compliant standard in the field of building operation and for municipal construction practical professional experience in the field of project management, planning and handling of maintenance / repair / construction / rehabilitation measures or comparable special and well-founded skills in handling the computer programs required to process the task, including MS-Office, CAFM Software or comparable Team, communication, conflict and organisational ability, negotiation skills and enforcement special German language skills (min.
