Business Information Systems Specialist / IT Specialist / Application Manager for Specialized Systems (m/f/d)

As a versatile IT all-rounder, you actively advance the continuous development and support of our IT insurance system landscape and ensure their stability and sustainable orientation. In close cooperation with the departments, you will analyze their technical needs and accompany the implementation and transfer to the company. You design the implementation process through suitable technical concepts and support from the requirement analysis to the production process. Ideally, you perform the installation, configuration and documentation of selected specialist applications. You ensure and monitor the productive operation for selected specialist applications. You also generate queries, evaluations and reports for different areas of expertise. You also provide internal support and analyze disruptions and problems in cooperation with the departments, IT operations and external partners. You coordinate releases with changes and bug fixes with external software partners. You lead or support the implementation of company-wide projects and carry out workshops and training.

You have a successfully completed study of (economic) informatics or comparable training. We also welcome cross-comers with relevant professional experience. Analysis of actual processes, identification of optimization potential and definition of target processes is familiar to you. You have expertise in the operation of software and have knowledge on the operating systems, application servers and databases levels. At the same time, you have advanced SQL skills and have an understanding of interface architectures and web services. You are a communicative team player(s) and question unknown facts to show and address solutions and developments. You can certainly master the German language in word and writing. Preferably you master the work with Jira and Confluence. The comprehensive application of MS Office products is natural for you.
