You work with a Europe-wide leading company in the aviation industry (Aerospace) in the field of aircraft equipment, aircraft systems and surface technology based in Lindenberg in Allgäu. As Chromatizer / Galvaniseur (m/w/d) in the Manufacturing Segment Treatment, you are part of industrial surface finishing, coating technology and electroplating production. In the Aerospace production, professional chromation, cadmation and corrosion protection procedures ensure longevity, durability and safety of highly precise aviation components. You work in a modern production environment with high demands on quality assurance, process stability and technical precision.

Chromating and cadmating of aviation components according to technical drawings and manufacturing specifications Conducting galvanic coating processes in surface treatment Covering, masking and preparation of precision components for coating Implementation of assembly work in the production process Monitoring of quality standards and process parameters Fixing defined disturbances in the field of electroplating and manufacturing Implementation of cleaning, maintenance and maintenance work Documentation of production and quality data in the computer system

Complete technical training, e.g. as surface coating, electroplating, production technology Chemistry, industrial mechanic or comparable qualification Experience in electroplating, metal finishing or surface coating Knowledge of corrosion protection, coating processes or chemical surface treatment Technical understanding of manufacturing processes in industry or aviation Careful, quality-oriented and process-safe operation Teamability and high reliability Willingness to shift work in production Good IT skills for documentation and quality assurance
