Your responsibility: We are looking for the implementation of our measures to improve employability: a social pedagogue or a social pedagogue that accompanies and supports people on their way to their employability through individual advice. In individual and group offers, you collect the competencies of the participants and accompany the reduction of knowledge deficits. You identify individual obstacles, develop management strategies for serious or complex problems. You accompany the adults and clear stumbling stones from the way. You work with the participants on their work-related motivation and on their personal stabilisation and prepare them for further projects of employment promotion, depending on the individual requirements. You develop individual connection perspectives with the participants. Through regular contacts with clients and regional companies and associations, you create good framework conditions for your educational work. Administrative activities complete your area of responsibility. This brings you with: Complete study of social education / social work, Diplom-Pädagogik, BA pedagogy/education science - deepening adult education with at least 1 year of professional experience in education and training.
