To strengthen, we are looking for our team at the Dinkelsbühl site at the next time, you as ENTGELDABRECHNER / HR PAYROLL SPECIALIST (m/w/d)

Own time-to-day implementation of the monthly pay bill in a defined area of care taking into account the legal and operational regulations settlement of reporting and certification and calculation of special payments Knowledge of wage tax, social security and labour law Care and management of personnel master files and administration along the Employee Lifecycles Creation of personal statistics and reports Competent contact for all internal and external stakeholders on all accounting issues Implementation of annual accounts, audits and accounting-relevant HR projects

Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. to the industrial businessman (m/w/d) or tax specialist (m/w/d)), with a further training to the personnel specialist (m/w/d) or comparable qualification Experience in wage billing and salary accounting as well as sound knowledge in labour, tax and social security law Funded knowledge in accounting systems, safe handling of MS Office Self-employed and structured working with high numerical understanding and accuracy Team spirit, pronounced service orientation and communication strength Discretion in handling personal and business data
