In your position, you take care of the definition, implementation and continuous development of central sales KPIs and work closely with top management, sales management and central controlling. Because you understand your craftsmanship, you always have the budgets and forecasts on the radar and, if necessary, also perform the processing of Ad-Hoc analyses as well as the creation of meaningful management and sales reports. Certainly, you support us in the analysis of sales, process and cost-effectiveness indicators for deriving sound recommendations for action. Your expertise makes you an important support for our team, e.g. in the creation of forecasts, analyses and decision-relevant documentation for management - you are always the place.

Complete studies in the field of business management (BWL) with a focus on controlling/finance, business informatics with a pronounced controlling reference or in a similar discipline with a focus on controlling. At least 3 years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in sales or project controlling with knowledge in the field of data analysis and data visualization. Very good MS Office knowledge, Power BI and experience in handling ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Navision, SAP knowledge of advantage). Professional practice in the definition, measurement and control of KPIs.
