Work planner (m/f/d)

You come from shipbuilding, steel construction or plant engineering and want to use your experience in work preparation, production control or welding in a challenging industrial environment? Then this position in Kiel is exactly suitable. For a long-standing company in naval shipbuilding, we are looking for you as a working prepender Schiffbau / Stahlbau (m/w/d). In this role, you plan and control external production assignments, prepare drawings and piece lists, coordinate with design, purchasing, disposition and production and ensure that components enter production on time. The job is to be filled in fulltime as part of the transfer of employees.

Planning, control and support of external awards in shipbuilding tuning of building documents and executing drawings and piece lists for external production Technical support and support of subcontractors as well as controlling the purchase for procurement Self-employed job clarification and communication with internal and external interfaces (purchasing, construction, disposition, master, wage workers) Technical evaluation of subcontractors including derivation of necessary manufacturing capabilities Preparation and monitoring of external production of components as well as ensuring the time chain Creation of order requirements in the PPS system (e.g. SAP PP/MM, Access) for wage processing and processing of faults in plan orders Examination of material availability, maintenance of relevant key figures and cross-disciplinary production of manufacturing orders

Multiannual professional experience in welding and/or controlling heavy steel structures Training for the International Welding Professional, Welding Engineer, Technicians or Master Extensive knowledge of PPS processes and secure handling of SAP PP/MM and common Windows applications Funded product and structural knowledge in shipbuilding Ability to work independently taking into account time, cost and quality objectives Own initiative, analytical thinking and reliable recognition of dependencies in process chains Embossed communication and team skills German knowledge at least level B2
