Principal Platform Engineer OT/IT Infrastructure for – Critical Energy Systems (m/f/d)

Once enough – now you build systems that cannot afford it. Here you take control of a highly secure K8s-based platform (Bare Metal, air-gapped, geo-distributed) and shape it as “Pioneer” structures that “Settler” and “Town Planner” align themselves – not because You have to, but because You work. You can prove your technical sovereignty in the stack: Open Hardware, GitOps, NetOps, Policy as Code – no cloud provider or concessions, but on-prem, self-built and auditable and reconstructable. You support us through hands-on-engineering in combination with architecture vision – from infrastructure to services. You don't work with fellow runners, but with people who take responsibility for the results and request them. No tactics. No show business. Only real effect.

Multiannual (5+) experience with high-security platform environments, K8s in production quality, CI/CD in GitOps models, ideally also with Air-Gap methods Deep experience with Linux as well as basic competencies in Crossplane and Ansible German and good English driving licence class B Ability to build trust with thoughtful solutions and stable architectures
