Your duties

• Supporting operative colleagues in the daily business – organizational, administrative and content
• Ordering: triggering orders and controlling the Deliveries
• Certain processing of invoices: Creditor Processing - Control, Conting and Release of Invoices
• Certain and sound research and preparation of Information and data incl. Create evaluations, reports and statistics
• Standard data management and general office activities
