Your mission

• You take the technical design, consulting and implementation of security solutions into at least two of the following topics: Security platform consulting (Best-of-Suite approach, ideally with AI support); Next-Gen firewalls (including TLS Inspection, Application Control, IPS, VPN ...); Software Defined Networking (e.g. Cisco ACI & SDA / VMware NSX); SDWAN; SSE / SASE / ZTNA; cloud platforms (preferably Azure, AWS, GCP); OT & IIoT; microsegmentation (software- & hardware-based); Load Balancing; DoS & DDoS; DNS Security; e-mail security; proxy / secure web gateways; Web Application Firewalls; Secure application delivery; NAC; Policy management for cross-brand management & orchestration
• You develop robust security solutions (on-prem, cloud, hybrid) taking into account best practices and recognised standards
• You independently advise, plan and implement complex cybersecurity projects – technical and organizational
• You take the lead of customer and project teams in the integration of partner solutions from our Security-Vendor-Portfolio
• You actively support the sales team by helping to expand the stock business and build new customer business
• You support our Incident Response team in the analysis and defence of attacks on network infrastructures
• To achieve your goals, you work with NTT DATA's national and international teams, bring your expertise to our specialist communities and develop our global security blueprints
• You have your own responsibility as Subject Matter Expert in the coordinated subject area at Blick

Your skill set

• You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, cybersecurity or a relevant technical training (e.g. specialist informatics)
• You bring a multi-year professional experience in cybersecurity and ideally have manufacturer-independent certifications such as the CISSP or manufacturer certifications of market-leading security manufacturers and Hyperscaler
• You have a profound, technical understanding in the fields of network, cloud and security architectures
• You have a broad understanding of basic technologies, including network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS...), security protocols (IPsec, TLS, SAML,...), Linux/Unix identifiers, Windows identifiers and cloud identifiers
• If you bring experience in the Scripting & Infrastructure as Code, this is a Plus
• You draw your attention to “Emerging Topics” in the field of cybersecurity from through a high interest, motivation and readiness to learn;
• You can combine business requirements and technical requirements and comprehensively support our customers in the right solution selection;
• You have the power of persuasion and experience to lead project teams to success in complex projects with many stakeholders;
• You have fun and interest in in interdisciplinary cooperation with other focus teams
• You are characterized by trustworthiness and discretion, and you have a strong communication skills as well as knowledge of German and English in word and written terms.
• You are ready to travel to customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
