Operations Manager (m/f/d)

As Manager (m/w/d), you are the central coordinator of our operating business. You ensure that all operational processes are economically, efficiently and in compliance with the rules. In doing so, you connect people, processes, resources and key figures and keep in mind both the daily business and the strategic goals.

Your core tasks:

Leadership, commitment and motivation of employees Promoting performance, development and team cohesion Planning, control and continuous optimization of workflows Ensuring smooth operational processes Implementation of cost-benefit analyses Compliance with budget requirements and active cost control Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory and internal requirements (e.g. GDP, occupational safety, hygiene) Ensuring quality, process consistency and documentation Regular coordination and reporting to management Preparation of relevant key figures and developments Planning and implementation of special and optimization projects
