Management of existing requirements management applications (IBM DOORS, Siemens Polarion) Interface function within the Rh companies focus on requirements management and model based systems engineering Advising implementation scenarios in conjunction with other corporate applications such as Siemens Teamcenter, Atlassian Toolchain and ALM systems Responsibility of service offerings of these systems Working for Group-wide IT requirements and guidelines in the Requirement Engineering tool chain for HW/SW Development Detection of engineering automation requirements and tools, licenses and external support services Integration of RM systems into existing CI/CD toolchain Implementation of IT projects with control of internal employees and external service providers Creation and maintenance of service documentation Continuous support of internal users This location can be occupied at the locations in Düsseldorf, Kassel, Kiel, and Unterlüß or possibly remotely.

Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science/machine engineering or completed training with IT-related training (e.g. specialist for system integration (m/w/d)) Very good knowledge of Requirement Engineering and Management (IBM DOORS / Siemens Polarion / or comparable), especially in product development and change management processes Experience in implementing MBSE concepts desirable Experience in tool administration and customizing RM systems Experience in at least one role in agile IT projects (implementer, Product Owner, Solution Architect) Knowledge in script language (e.g. DXL for DOORS, Pyhton) for automation Confidence with model-based approaches (SysML, UML) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing High level of reliability, sense of responsibility and ability to resolve conflict Strategic thinking and ability to achieve results in a changing environment
