As Head of Controlling, you're sleeping the bridge between operational excellence and strategic corporate governance. You are responsible for the holistic control of our controlling and run your team with a wide view and empathy.

Team captain: You guide and coach your motivated team of 6 employees and promote their professional and personal development. Strategic partner: You are a business controlling and financial controlling partner, are a savings partner for the specialist areas and is responsible for budgeting, forecasting and multiannual planning. KPI-Master: You develop our KPI dashboards with your team and deliver precise decision templates to management and shareholders. Drivers of innovation: We do not have a standstill – you actively drive the digitalization and automation of controlling processes (e.g. BI tools). Analyst: For special strategic projects, you will keep the view and start sound business cases as well as economic bills.

Basis: A successfully completed study of economics. Experience: You look back on several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in the hotel industry, and already brings leadership experience. Know-how: Finding knowledge in HGB/IFRS as well as modern controlling instruments are of course for you. IT-Skills: You are a professional in MS-Excel, safe to use the common office applications and have already worked with common controlling and at best BI tools. Mindset: You are a communicative team player with hand-on mentality, high cognitive flexibility and excellent analytical thinking. Languages: You can communicate safely in German and English.
