Setup of project development, analysis and project definition including the preparation of commissioning of services, definition of project features and project qualities, project management of development phases and tenant contacts Management of development risks and value added, management of the integrated service providers and consultants, especially the external development manager Marketing and rental activities as contractors together with the external development manager, management of external marketing specialists, possibly together with the asset manager Responsibility for the budget and the project's success Participation in acquisition appointments with authorities, administrations, property owners

Successful degree in architecture, civil engineering or business management Experience of all development steps of a real estate project development in a well-known development company or a large holding company Proven track record in the implementation of project developments, in particular experience with office and residential buildings Proven professional experience in a similar position and in project management Excellent technical and commercial understanding of real estate development, real estate management, rental law and financial and valuation indicators Knowledge of legal bases and legal processes relating to real estate, such as urban and building law Knowledge of taxes and charges in real estate Knowledge of construction techniques Entrepreneurial understanding and ability to present decisions and strategies to other executives and the Investment Committee Experience and understanding of asset management, business and rental requirements Embossed contact network to relevant industry partners, Berlin preferred German and English knowledge (in word and writing) Feeling for the risks of project development Sensitivity for product and design (development and marketing) High customer orientation Proactive, enforceable, convincing, team-capable, diplomatic and intuitive
