As a service manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for the smooth operation of our operating restaurant at DHL Hub Leipzig. With your organizational talent and leadership, you coordinate the daily processes, develop your team and create a first-class guest experience. You ensure compliance with all quality, hygiene and service standards, keeps an eye on economic development and makes an important contribution to the sustainable success of the operating restaurant. Your duties include: You care for a professional and warm service of our guests and ensure customer and service-oriented sales. For an appealing and creative presentation of our goods, cuisine and promotions, as well as for optimal availability of goods. You monitor compliance with HACCP quality, hygiene and safety standards. You plan and control the production and sales processes. You take the professional and disciplinary leadership of the team. You are responsible for the incorporation, motivation and further development of the team members. You agree closely with the management to ensure a smooth run.
