(30–40 hours/week) The Senior and Therapy Centre Haus Schleusberg impresses with its versatility: with our areas of full-stationary, Gerontopsychiatrie, Korsakow/Psychotrope Substances, Wachkoma, a day care and a residential complex for seniors living. Our team supports 34 beds on the Korsakow, 20 beds in the Wachkoma and 66 beds on the gerontopsychiatrian living area. Two independent practices for ergotherapy and physiotherapy are there for our residents and visitors. The good working conditions make our house attractive for workers and for residents a beautiful place of residence.

Ensuring and further developing quality management in compliance with and complying with statutory provisions Ensuring, organizing and reviewing necessary care, treatment and care Participation in in- & external quality tests, optimization of process processes Implementation of care visas and audits Management and participation of quality circles Creation of annual training plans in cooperation with nursing services Cooperation with the Central Quality Management Creation of monthly reports taking into account all risk areas Training and support of employees in carrying out care documentation and continuous support

You have successfully completed an apprenticeship for the nursing care professional, nursing caregiver or health caregiver (m/w/d) You already have professional experience as a quality manager or in quality management You are a team player, communicative and empirical in dealing with residents and relatives
