An important part of your work with us in the field of ITSM / ESM is: Customizing and JavaScript development: You use your skills in JavaScript development to implement customized solutions. Technical support: You take over the technical and content of the Enterprise Service Management System. Analysis of requirements for software applications and their design and implementation. Organisational development: You support the development of organizational structures and processes to increase quality and efficiency. Teamwork: You work closely with other consultants, developers and stakeholders to achieve the best possible results. We like to talk, laugh a lot, exchange ourselves, pack together – and celebrate our successes: whether in internal meetings or on festivals & team events.

You want to drive the digitalization of the healthcare industry with us! You like to shape things and introduce new ideas, like changes and share our hands-on mentality with us! You have a successfully completed degree in the field of (economic) computer science, business management or a comparable qualification. You have profound knowledge of JavaScript development and modern web technologies. You can demonstrate professional experience as a consultant, in particular in customizing, as well as in operation and in the introduction of ITSM systems. You have experience in the analysis and support of IT Service Management / Enterprise Service Management systems and know-how in the ITIL ITSM environment. You have experience in project management e.g. SCRUM, PRINCE 2. You have an independent way of working, high problem-solving competence and analytical thinking. You have team spirit and are communicative. You have very good German skills and good English skills. You like working in the team, being reliable and being able to organize yourself well.
