In this responsible position, you take over all processes for handling our air cargo export shipments (including dangerous goods). This includes order intake and corresponding disposition with the airlines as well as export duty clearance. In addition, you create and review freight and export documents and are responsible for billing shipments and complaint management. Rational and price negotiations with fleet operators and handling companies lead you to self-reliance. You are in daily contact with our customers worldwide, who provide you with expert advice and support. You accept offer requests and also create (Ad-Hoc-)Offerten.

You have a completed training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or a comparable commercial training. You can use the current IT applications with ease in everyday life. Good knowledge in the field of air safety can be gathered from your previous task field. Communication in English is easy for you - whether on the phone or by mail. You are characterized by a communicative and binding appearance and have fun working together in the team.
