Professional and disciplinary leadership of an internal service team with about ten employees Control and development of administrative and sales processes in the digital environment Cooperation with Sales, Internal Services and IT to optimize cross-disciplinary processes Responsibility for the management and supervision of our clients' operating solutions (bAV / bKV) Support for technical questions and continuous optimization of internal processes Promoting team cooperation and ensuring high service quality

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) or comparable qualification Alternatively completed studies in the field of insurance, business management or comparable academic training Multiannual professional experience in the field of occupational pensions (bAV) and/or occupational health insurance (bKV) First experience in the professional or disciplinary leadership of employees Communication strength, organizational talent and safe occurrence
