In this role, you take responsibility for the Analytic Team and also work on challenging analysis and customer topics. The working model is deliberately flexible: two days in the office and three days in the home office are an integral part of the cooperation. Technical and disciplinary leadership of the Analytics Team with simultaneous operational support Priority of tasks, management of resources and ensuring quality, methodology and dates Responsible for the transformation into an AI-based company (organisation, processes, methods and technology) Identification, evaluation and implementation of AI-based solutions to increase efficiency and quality in the analytics sector Analysis of complex data stocks and presentation at customer and management level Control and optimization of data quality assurance Account Management and Consulting of Customers on Analysis and Use of Data

Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Engineering or Similar Degrees Multiannual, well-founded experience in Data Analytics / Business Analytics Experience in the professional and/or disciplinary leadership of analytic teams or as a senior data analyst Very high analytical level as well as pronounced methodological security in handling complex datasets Safe handling of common analysis, database and BI tools Sovereign, professional appearance in customer contact as well as a targeted, careful and independent working
