Your contribution to our success...

• You serve and monitor modern CNC milling machines
• You serve and monitor the plate cutter
• You charge and start programs, set zero points and securely clamp workpieces
• You perform tool change - manually or automatically
• For a smooth processing process, you continuously check the quality of the manufactured parts
• You measure and check workpieces, e.g. with sliders, and recognize deviations early on
• You carefully implement technical drawings and tolerances
• You recognize tool wear or breakage and perform smaller corrections independently.
• You work (deburring, sawing, flying) our plastic components
• You pay attention to order, cleanliness and compliance with all safety regulations.

What pleases us when you bring it...

• You have basic knowledge of CNC technology and understand the design and movement axes of machines
• You have ideally experience with CNC controls, e.g. SINUMERIK
• You know yourself with milling tools and their handling from
• You bring technical understanding, a high quality awareness and careful working with
• You quickly, solution-oriented and take responsibility in machine disorders
• First experiences with plastics are a plus, but no need
