We realize exciting projects with our renowned customer Airbus Operations and look for one/n at the next time motivated staff for the position as "Quality Conformance" Manager (m/w/d).

Your tasks:

• definition, standardization and harmonisation Qualification profiles and quality processes for different Activities
• Prepare process descriptions and ensure the Airbus standards
• Development and maintenance of learning paths and trainings
• Administration of new applications and extensions of quality Authozations (QAs) for quality delegated staff and Supplier
• support and implementation of internal training, Infosessions, reports and audits
• Care of all quality relevant business management system Process
• Increase process performance, compliance with standards in Reference to product and repeatability of processes
• Creation and adaptation of process monitoring and coordination with the customer (Operative Quality, Manufacturing Engineering and Production
• Participation in the preparation and processing of the relevant Requirements
• Evaluation and reporting (including results in databases)
• Ensure the statutory requirements Documentation requirement
• Regular rounds of votes with the relevant stakeholders

Your profile:

• Complete degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Aerospace or a comparable qualification
• Over two years of professional experience in process planning/ Process improvement, quality management and quality assurance
• Knowledge of EN 9100, ISO 9001 mandatory
• Good knowledge about SAP
• Knowledge in Google Workspace (especially Google Sheet)
• German language skills
• Speaking English
