As part of your power of attorney, you are committed to customer- and result-oriented as well as quick, professional and efficient damage regulation of goods transport, traffic liability and art damage. You independently conduct regulatory talks and negotiate results-oriented solutions with our customers, brokers, claimants and are available by phone and in writing for questions. An enhanced interface communication within our house (underwriting, product management, operation, etc.) is also in your area of responsibility. You conduct and conduct regressions independently. You work on BaFin, ombudsman and board complaints and conduct cover, liability and regression processes together with our legal adviser, weighing on commercial matters. You regularly check your damage to the correctness and up-to-date of the reserve and make sure that all documents are complete.

You communicate safely in German and English, and other languages are also of advantage. At best, you have completed a completed vocational training as a merchant*wife for insurance and finance or a successfully completed study of law with a focus on transport law.
