You plan, configure and operate firewall solutions focusing on Check Point, complemented by Sophos and SonicWall. You manage central security policies via the Check Point SmartConsole – including policy management, VPN contract and Threat prevention. Integrierst checkpoint systems in hybrid and cloud-based environments and secure transitions between data center and cloud. You take Troubleshooting, Updates (e.g. Jumbo Hotfixes), Back-up and Restore as well as regular maintenance. You support audits, safety analyses and penetration tests – with technical focus and vision. You plan and operate Cisco ACI Fabrics in modern data center environments – including segmentation, policy-based networking and contract management. Integrierst Cisco ACI in multi-tenant, hybrid or multi-cloud architectures. You manage SDN components (Software Defined Networking) and develop automation via REST API, Ansible, Python or Cisco ACI Toolkit. You build secure hybrid cloud connections, such as ExpressRoute or Site-to-Site VPNs. You implement network security through microsegmentation, ACLs, firewall zones and analyze network performance and security incidents. You actively support incident and problem management in the field of network and security.

Complete study of computer science, network technology or training with corresponding specialist practice in the network / security environment Experience with checkpoint firewall solutions, ideally with certifications (e.g. CCSA, CCSE) Good knowledge of Sophos, SonicWall or similar firewalls Experience with Cisco ACI and modern data center architectures, ideally also in the SDN environment Know-how in network automation (REST API, Python, Ansible etc.) Confidence with hybrid cloud setups (Azure, M365, VPN technologies, ExpressRoute) Very good knowledge of German in word and writing as well as a reliable understanding of English technical documents Analytical thinking, solution-oriented work and fun at work in the team
