General responsibility for the inspection service – professional, organisational, personnel and strategic Control of commercial and operational order processing from the provision of services to the invoice Planning, coordination and prioritization of test orders (including operational and capacity planning of testers) Professional and organizational leadership of the team incl. Personal planning, development and discussions Responsibility for customer support in the field of test service, including maintenance and implementation of framework contracts and regular customer visits Responsibility for the use and further development of the digital audit documentation system Active participation in the optimization of processes, processes and service quality in the test service

completed commercial or technical training, ideally with further training (e.g. master, technician, farmer) or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in a leading or coordinating function – ideally in service, testing or technical environment Representative leadership and organisational competence as well as experience in working with employees Secure understanding of commercial relationships (order processing, costing, controlling) Very good communication capability – internal and external Safe handling of IT systems / ERP as well as affinity for digital processes Enforceability, Responsibility and Entrepreneurship
