Praktikum Group HR - SuccessFactors Rollouts (m/f/d)

You support group-wide communication and accompany change processes within the framework of international HR IT projects. Supporting the project management of our HR IT projects, especially in the introduction and further development of SAP SuccessFactors or Escriba. Creation of project documents such as presentations, decision bases and status reports. You participate in the creation of test documents and assist in performing system tests. Development of training documents and support in the preparation of training content. You work closely with project teams, departments and international contacts and gain insights into complex corporate projects.

Studied in the field of human resources management, BWL, communication sciences, international management or comparable degree programme. You are interested in communication, change management and monitoring of change processes in companies. You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office. You have basic knowledge in project management and an understanding of IT systems or HR systems as well as an interest in how digital solutions are used in companies. Teamability, communication skills, self-employment and open-minded appearance are the key to you. English and German knowledge.

Your mission is rewarded. For a mandatory internship, you can expect 1,400 € gross per month. If you do a voluntary internship for four months or longer or write your thesis with us, you will receive €2,541 gross per month.
