Sales Manager for Automation Technology Hydrogen (m/f/d)

In our new and fast-growing hydrogen technology product range, you as sales manager have a significant share in the further development of the production and test equipment business in the field of fuel cells and electrolyzers or similar products. You conduct market and competition analyses, identify new trends, develop or expand customer relationships, markets, products and partnerships nationally and internationally. The development of growth strategies in terms of sales/winning as well as strategies/care for long-term customer relationships/satisfaction are part of your task. You plan customer talks independently and present our products to customers in Germany and abroad. To do this, you work closely with the sales and project managers at our locations and support them in their work. In addition, you will be responsible for/supporting exciting projects in our area and organize/take part in trade fairs, conferences or similar events nationally or internationally and support marketing. The temporary writing of offers and the preparation of contracts and participation in negotiations at home and abroad are also part of your task.

You have successfully completed your studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or process engineering or have a comparable qualification. You can have many years of professional experience in the distribution and/or project management of special machines or plant construction, with experiences in the field of assembly/testing of fuel cells and electrolyzers being advantageous. A good technical understanding of the design of complex assembly and test systems and assembly/test processes is one of your strengths. You stand for a pronounced social competence, even in an international environment, have a high capacity for stress and conflict and are happy to work in the team at home and abroad. You have a high self-initiative/self-motivation, flexibility, an independent and solution-oriented way of working, and are keen to decide. Furthermore, you have a high customer orientation, a safe occurrence, convince by communication strength and the ability to quickly adjust to different conversation partners/ situations. You master the German and English language in word and writing (both at least with level C1). You enjoy national and international missions.
