Project Manager (m/w/d) OT Security Product Development

Do you want to be responsible for challenging development projects and to develop innovative technologies in the field of measurement and environmental measurement? In this position, you take responsibility for complex development projects, work closely with internal and external experts, and design products that are used worldwide in security-relevant areas. There is plenty of room for design, short decision-making and an environment where your ideas are heard and implemented.

Responsibility for the planning, control and implementation of pre-development and development projects around measurement and control units for particle and gas measurement technology in combustion processes Full product development with focus on software as well as derivation and implementation of operating technology requirements (OT), in particular in the field of cyber security Close technical cooperation with manufacturers, testing laboratories, suppliers and internal specialist departments Ensure compliance with legal, normative and internal requirements (including IEC 62443-4) Creation and continuous maintenance of project plans, budget overviews and resource and schedules Introduction, development and monitoring of quality assurance measures Regular and transparent communication to client and management Active support for knowledge building and training of internal project participants Coordination of several development projects in parallel – focusing on structured work and good prioritization

A completed (specialized) university degree in electrical engineering, physics, mechatronics, technical computer science or a comparable technical discipline Multiannual practical experience in product development, ideally in measurement or environmental measurement technology Experience in managing development or technology projects and the pleasure of taking responsibility Combination of project management know-how and technical understanding of software development and OT products focusing on cyber security Knowledge of normative requirements in the field of OT-Security (e.g. IEC 62443, CRA) Safe handling of tools such as MS Project, Polarion, SAP and Office 365 Knowledge of common project management standards (e.g. GPM/IPMA, PRINCE2, PMP) are a plus High quality awareness, structured functioning and a solution-oriented, proactive attitude Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing
