As Innovation Manager (m/w/d) in the field of Future Business - Innoinc', you take over the coordination and project management of innovation projects from concept phase to implementation management You are responsible for coordinating, tracking and controlling the cooperation between the individual workstreams and the identified work packages to comply with milestones You identify relationships and dependencies between task packages, document and communicate them to stakeholders and workstream managers as necessary As a central contact person, you work closely with the workstream, business and product managers You control risk management and launch progress reports and presentations on current project status In addition, you will support in your role in identifying and evaluating new innovations, business opportunities and technologies as part of the projects You are an important part of the culture of innovation within the company and keep the mindset in your work, workshops and communication activities

You bring profound experience in project management / (partial) project management of agile projects, ideally in an international context, with You have ideally worked with agile methods (e.g. Scrum) You can demonstrate success in the successful execution of projects, ideally for the introduction of new products or processes, You have a strong interest in innovations and new technologies and bring the ability to develop and implement creative solutions You are strong in communication and can address stakeholders from different areas (IT, product management, marketing, legal etc.) You combine systematic approach with pragmatic solution finding, especially in a dynamic project environment You stand for an organized, careful and outcome-oriented way of working Ideally, you have already gained experience in international teams and brings knowledge of languages in English and German with you Hays stands for diversity and actively advocates opportunities and participation.
