Then get yourself in: As an “Inhouse Business Advisor” you are the first contact person of our local sales partners in the Hannover, Minden and Herford area: For all questions regarding the current business operation or marketing measures, our sales partners are confidently addressing you. Within your care area, you will be responsible for an existing strain of entrepreneur agencies. Networking is your passion: They are well-connected and always looking for new sales partners who can inspire and convince them of their cooperation with Continentale. The onboarding of new sales partners is in your hands: They support new sales partners in building their entrepreneurship agency, clarify open questions and are available as consultants. The planning and execution of events gives you pleasure: They organise demand-oriented initiatives for our local sales partners and are also actively involved in overarching working groups.

Education: You have a completed training as a merchant for insurance and finance. Alternatively, you have successfully completed university studies. Experience: Sales in insurance companies are not strange to you. Knowledge: You have knowledge of distribution in insurance agencies. Personality: In you a sales heart beats – you have fun to maintain and expand your network and know how salespeople tick. Ideally, you live in the care area. Joy of: They like to travel and love personal exchange.
