Account Manager (m/f/d)

You are the first contact person (all genders) for the customer and visualize the interface to the power-generating units You are responsible for developing and implementing individual account plans and positioning DATAGROUP as a long-term digitization partner You identify cross- and upselling potentials with existing customers You control the entire Bid process, including costing, risk analysis and offer tax, and coordinate internal departments You're looking for long-term relationships at technical and management level and represent DATAGROUP at specialist events and industry meetings You collect and evaluate competitive activities and ensure a clear strategic positioning

You have completed your studies – preferably computer science or business informatics – or have completed a comparable training, e.g. IT system businessman (all genders) You have several years of experience in the distribution of IT services, cloud, infrastructure or software solutions and have a good understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g. data protection, IT security and KRITIS) You'll be able to move in a rhetorically safe manner at decision-making level You work customer-oriented, service-oriented and find suitable solutions even in complex situations You have very good German and good English skills in word and writing You have experience in project management and knowledge of project management methods (e.g. PRINCE) and ideally you already have good knowledge in service management according to ITIL-Practices
