Your tasks

Planning, implementation and further development of presence and online seminars and workshops for our commercial trainees in the designated regions Support and visit of your markets as a contact person:in the training patents and apprentices Development and further development of new creative training concepts Planning joint projects with sales and the coaching team Participation in and control of overarching projects and pioneering learning topics in the fields of learning & development, AI and learning culture

A completed commercial training as well as an instructor certificate or a completed study in the field of adult education, pedagogy, staff or BWL First professional experience in training, training/education of young people and first contact points with the target group A completed trainee-the-trainer training Interest and knowledge of AI topics Knowledge of the design, implementation and evaluation of training measures, especially in digital formats Ready for national travel (about 70% of your working hours) fun building a network as well as a very good self-organization and control
