Your tasks Customer Care & Communication You are the first point of contact for our customers: indoors – friendly, solution-oriented and competent You accept rental requests by phone or email and take care of the first processing Offer creation & contract management You create individual rental offers and rental contracts and ensure a smooth running You carry out credit checks and make sure that all contract documents are complete Order coordination You accompany the entire rental process – from request to vehicle delivery You monitor delivery and delivery dates and make sure everything runs as planned Data management & administration You're puggling customer master data in the system and making a clean documentation You support the preparation of marketing actions and sales projects Team cooperation You work closely with the field, workshop and other departments You actively contribute to the further development of processes

Your profile Completed commercial training, ideally in the field of forwarding, logistics or sales First professional experience in the sales service or in a comparable position Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Word) Organisational skills, self-employment and a structured working method Communication strength as well as a friendly and professional appearance Team spirit and fun handling customers Good knowledge of German in word and writing; English knowledge Willingness to postponed working hours Good technical understanding Customer and service orientation in compliance with operational rules and requirements
