Then start your career with our 24-month trainee program from March 2026 and get to know the diverse companies and business units of the EAM Group. In our trainee program In addition to your use in shopping, you also have other cross-company and cross-site areas and thus gain a comprehensive insight into our group of companies. You take on first tasks in the field of procurement procedures, learn about the implementation of the purchasing processes and will further drive the digitization of the procurement processes. In addition, you can bring your theoretically learned knowledge to the company and contribute to improving the processes. This allows you to take responsibility from the outset with a lot of commitment, high commitment and noticeable team spirit. As a trainee, you will also be involved in strategic topics and interdisciplinary projects. In the two years, a mentor will help you and you have sufficient opportunity to develop yourself through workshops and seminars.
