You take the orders of our customers and colleagues and ensure that You land in our systems - whether by phone, mail or teams, with us communication is versatile and alive. You process orders from our colleagues from the sea freight, agree with them, serve the commercial side of the unpacking of the containers on our handling hall and coordinate the communication with the packing sheds. You are in regular contact with our clients via e-mail, telephone and via our computer systems and thus ensure a transparent exchange of information. You monitor the compliance of appointments in the bulk goods business as well as other customer requirements and agree to pick-ups with local traffic in order to ensure a timely settlement. You control the tours of our travellers, communicate with this face to face and ensure a smooth run. In case of clarification, You communicate reliably with employees of the envelope hall as well as with drivers and clarify differences.

You have completed training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or comparable training. You have experience in order processing, ideally in the logistic or administrative environment. More importantly, however, is your motivation to learn and develop new things. You have good knowledge of German in word and writing, further language skills such as Bsp. English, are of advantage. You convince with openness, flexibility and a pronounced communication strength. You work structured, carefully and are safe to use the common computer programs. You act sovereignly and solution-oriented in challenging situations and always keep the focus on the essential. You like to take responsibility and actively contribute to the optimization of processes.
