As a process engineer (m/w/d), you evaluate work processes and identify optimization potentials that you implement in projects. Analysis, evaluation and optimization of existing processes in close coordination with the specialist departments Creation and visualization of process sequences Individually responsible implementation of projects to increase the quality and productivity and support of operational management in the implementation of derived measures Communication with customers and suppliers at process level Organizing and controlling CS projects and ensuring implementation Ensuring an appropriate level of knowledge of the employees in relation to the logistics processes through training

Successfully completed studies in commercial or technical fields, e.g. Safe handling of numbers and high understanding of processes and operations Experience in the design, calculation and implementation of process improvements, preferably in the area of warehouse logistics Experience in Lean Six Sigma desirable Safe user knowledge of the MS Office package and Visio are desirable Strong analytical skills and a structured working style Very good communication skills in German and English as well as strong convictions for targeted exchange with different target groups (employees, management, etc.)
