You make sure that our service operations are not only technically successful, but also commercially clean. From the check of the service report to the final invoice – you keep the overview, recognize if something is missing, and get it after. You work with an experienced service team and are the interface between the field service and the commercial processing. Your focus Service accounting & documentation (core task, approx. 60–70 %) Examination and completion of incoming service reports by technicians Complete collection of operations in the SAP system – times, materials, travel costs Creation and dispatch of customer invoices in the SAP CS module Tracking open bills and clarification of missing information with the service team Travel & Audit Examination and approval of travel cost accounting (SAP Concur) Checking invoices from external service providers for accuracy and completeness Costs and transparency Follow-up costs (travels, materials, services) per order Transfer and coordination of relevant data with controlling Support for simple evaluations and cost analyses Cooperation & Communication Close coordination with service technicians, service planning, spare parts and controlling You are a contact person when information is missing – and make sure processes run In short, You bring order into the reworking of service operations – and make sure that clean, complete bills are made from technician operations

Education & Experience Closed commercial training (e.g. industrial businessman/wife, merchant/wife for wholesale and foreign trade or comparable) First professional experience in order processing, billing, internal service or service environment Basic technical understanding is a plus – prior knowledge of mechanical engineering is not necessary Systems & Tools Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Experience with an ERP system (e.g. SAP, Navision or comparable) SAP CS or SAP Concur are not a must – we learn this together Personality Structured and accurate operation – you don't lose documents and no deadlines You'll stay there if there's information missing, and get it on your own Communicative, reliable, team-capable
