You answer complex questions about products, tariffs and contracts via various communication channels (telephone, e-mail, possibly chat). You recognize distributive potentials in conversation and use them actively - e.g. by the demand-oriented recommendation of suitable products. You bring your own ideas about how we can further increase our customer satisfaction and pay attention to our service standards.

Show us your energy! - Your profile is in demand with us You have a completed commercial training and have at least two years of experience in telephone customer service. You bring ambition and motivation to help our customers focus, targeted and individual in their concerns and stay friendly and relaxed even in particularly tricky concerns and in stressful situations. Conflicts and complaints don't scare off - you're happy to find solutions and create a positive experience for our customers. You work very safely with MS-Office, master German spelling and are open to new technologies. You have experience in the application of different systems and programs. You bring strong communicative skills with you and have the pleasure of telephone contact, customer service is not just a task, but your passion. You're ambitious, focused and happy to work in the team. You also see yourself as a model and motivate others through your way of working.
