IT Integration & Migration: Accompanying the IT-side connection of new companies and subsidiaries within the framework of PMI projects and transfer of IT landscapes including careful documentation

MDM architecture: Conception and rebuilding of a future-proof MDM environment in the Greenfield approach

Enablement & Training: Conception and implementation of understandable user training for the smooth handling of new systems and devices

Advanced Support: Acquisition of 2nd-/3rd-level support for complex problems related to the managed terminals and securing ongoing operation

System administration: ongoing administration, maintenance and optimization of the existing system landscape (e.g. Google Workspace, telephone system, MDM)

Workplace Management: Provision, setup and configuration of workplace hardware (notebooks, PCs, smartphones, tablets and peripheral devices) for employees.

IT-Fundament: Training as a specialist in system integration, a completed IT-Studium or a comparable qualification with several years of experience in IT system administration

Know-how: Practical experience with MDM solutions as well as profound knowledge in Google's environment and ideally the Microsoft world (MS Office / Microsoft 365)

Project experience: Experience in (IT) project management or accompanying IT migration and integration projects (e.g. PMI) is a plus point

Language knowledge: Very good German and good English knowledge for the daily exchange in the company.
