You take the troubleshooting as well as the planning and execution of repair work including replacement parts procurement independently, in the team or with foreign companies as part of the usual housekeeper activities. You support the development of our logistics processes and work on technical projects that contribute to the further expansion of existing and new plants. The maintenance and control of fire protection systems such as smoke and heat removal systems, fire protection doors, parking facilities, fire extinguishers, fire alarm systems or sprinkler systems is also part of your tasks. You are responsible for the organisation and legal implementation of maintenance, repairs and audits by experts (w/m/d). You hire and manage foreign companies and manage the related orders. You are looking for emergency situations such as water outlets, power failures or heating failures.

You have a completed training in a craft occupation, e.g. electrician (w/m/d), gas/water installation (w/m/d), carpenter (w/m/d), locksmith (w/m/d) or comparable. Ideally, you have professional experience in the field of maintenance, inspection, repair and commissioning of building equipment as well as a qualification for electrical engineering. You have solid knowledge in MS Office including Excel. You communicate empirically in cooperation with internal and external customers (w/m/d) and convince by a structured and independent way of working. You are ready to take on standby services and bring a valid passenger ticket.
