Instruction and support of our employees in the recognition process based on our incorporation concept in close cooperation with the nursing director and other persons involved in the recognition process Planning, implementation and evaluation of the practical guidance of general education and nursing assistance trainees and other health professionals Participation in the development and implementation of concepts for competence development Participation in the implementation of training as well as in the creation of specialist work and learning tasks Designing integration and onboarding processes in care together with our integration manager Supporting our nursing staff with training abroad in recognition procedures Accompanying authorities and correspondence with offices and other stakeholders in representation of the integration manager Support of the new employees to know and orientation after arrival Regular exchange with the interdisciplinary integration team

A completed vocational training as a health and nursing worker with further training as a practical manager Self-employed and structured work Knowledge found in Word, Excel and Outlook Social and specialist competence, organizational skills, communication and presentation skills A high level of self-employment, self-responsibility, flexibility, team and motivation Willingness to trusting interdisciplinary and multi-station cooperation Interest in continuing education and training

Remuneration according to the national association agreement of VPKA Bayern, incl.
